Come see how much fun it is!  I will guide you step by step – from mixing warm and cool grays, to seeing the cast shadows and reflections using oil paint. We supply it all in our studio - aprons, brushes, easels, paint, medium, images and the easy way to paint the prismatic geology of MDI. No need to purchase anything for this beginner friendly low risk workshop. Balance Rock along the Bar Harbor Shore Path is one of my favorite places to paint. 

You are welcome  to bring in a picture to transcribe, use one of ours or invent one. A bit of sketching simplified, color theory mixed in, then lay in sky, islands , water land on an 8 x 10 canvas.
