Drawing from Photos - July 2022
Practice drawing from photos with Gabrielle. Drawing from images is a great way to improve your drawing, it allows you to copy what you see and compare your work to the real thing.
Saturday, July 16th, 2022, from 1:30pm to 3:30pm, please arrive early to settle in before class begins.
$42 with materials included ($32 for members)
Ages 14 years and up of all skill levels
Bring your image and your creativity. Materials will be provided but feel free to bring any favorite tools.
Masks, vax'd (over 5), and distancing for staff and participant safety.
About the instructor: Gabrielle is a young illustrator and multimedia artist. She grew up on a small island in Maine, and consistently finds her art influenced by her upbringing. She worked for the Illustration institute based out of Portland Maine in 2020 producing a short documentary series about how drawing influences thinking. Gabrielle is currently enrolled at College of the Atlantic and is on course to graduate with a study in visual narratives. When she’s not drawing or crafting you can find her planning her next cross-country bike tour.
