Modern Dance Technique (Teen/Adult) - July 2022

In this introductory level class, we’ll work to develop a movement practice that centers both self-care and togetherness.

We'll work to access availability, spaciousness, presence, and pleasure both individually and collectively. Students will investigate basic patterns of choreography, experimenting with principles of velocity and momentum and exploring personal and shared movement impulses.

Mondays from 6:15pm to 7:15pm
