Kintsugi is the art of mending items in a way that embraces the imperfection and history of the piece. Our cracks aren't hidden, but we are stronger where we take the care to fix them.

We'll have an instructional session between 11 and 11:30am to review materials, then you will have time to complete your piece between 11:30am and 2:30pm while you chat with your ArtWaves community! (troubleshooting help will be available throughout)
Bring your own broken dishes or use what we have in stock.
Participants are eligible to have their work displayed at MDI Hospital as part of the Broken 'Arted series for February Heart-Health Month. After the gallery show ends, pieces may be picked up at ArtWaves MDI on March 2nd.

About the Instructor: Toni Anne Wolfe is a Fine Arts graduate of Syracuse University and the Program Coordinator for ArtWaves MDI.
