    Here’s where you ‘paint’ with a barbed needle using an amazing array of dyed carded wool and other embellishments. Complete a piece ready to hang and the knowledge to continue needle felting as it is oh so satisfying to work with all the colors. We provide all materials with step by step instructions.

    ArtWaves Members. $25
