Monica JohnsonMonica Johnson took her first yoga class 15 years ago & has been a certified teacher for 12 years. More recently, she's fallen in love with qigong. She finds that even though yoga & qigong are different, there's a lot of overlap and they both are great for freeing the body, mind & spirit. Her teaching style is relaxed, straight forward and fun - because if you're not having fun, why do anything?!
